Rules for groups

So we don't have a lot of groups and things been made and people living all over the place. This is also so you can have people join more easily and we can keep an eye on things more. We would like to keep This thread to keep a track of things. Just post here to ask about starting a group. Then the admin will look it over and get back to you. Then you will be able to create a groups page that people cane join.
